Zapped Osprey 7-Panel Hat

Each hat is finished with a precision laser-engraved leather patch for a permanent, professional look that won’t peel or fade. The 7-panel construction creates a distinctive front profile that stands out for branding, custom projects, and bulk orders.
This hat works well for both small orders and bulk runs. Bulk pricing is available and automatically applied based on quantity, with full discounts shown in the pricing table on this page.
Please note: Acrylic patches are +$2 per hat. The bulk pricing table reflects pricing for standard patch materials only. Any acrylic patch upcharge is added separately and will be reflected in your final price.

After checkout, we’ll send you a digital proof to review and approve before production begins. For more details, see Proof & Approval.
File Upload Guidelines
We recommend uploading vector files for best results: .AI, .EPS, .SVG
Other file types such as .PNG or .JPG are accepted, but may require adjustments depending on quality and detail.
Proof & Approval
A digital proof will be sent for your review within 2 business days of placing your order.
You’ll have the opportunity to review the design, request changes, and approve it before production begins. Nothing goes into production until a proof is approved.
Proofs must be approved within 3 days of being sent. If we don’t receive approval within that timeframe, the order will automatically move into production using the most recent proof provided.

Larger or bulk orders may take up to 10 business days before shipping.
Production timelines begin after your proof has been approved.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
We ship via UPS for fast, trackable delivery.
Return policy
Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on approved orders.
If there’s an issue due to an error on our end (such as incorrect engraving or a production defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
