Products & Orders

All XeroArc products are custom-made to order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Custom and personalized items are final once production begins

  • Proof approval governs production accuracy

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs carefully

  • Orders may automatically move into production if approval is not received within the stated timeframe

Proofs & Approval

All orders receive a digital proof prior to production.

Production does not begin until a proof is approved or the approval window has passed, as outlined in our Proof & Approval policy. Once a proof is approved, changes cannot be made.

Customer-Provided Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any designs, logos, or files you upload:

  • Are accurate

  • Do not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights

  • Are legally authorized for use

XeroArc is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided content.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer deposits or partial payments.

We accept payment through Shopify-supported payment methods, including Shop Pay.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, processing times, and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

XeroArc is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy explains eligibility for returns, replacements, and refunds. Please review it before placing an order.

Intellectual Property
