Tumbler Product Availability
We do our best to keep our listings up to date, but YETI color availability can change quickly and without notice.
If a color selected in your order is unavailable at the time of purchase, you have two options:
- We can help you choose a different available color
- Or you may request a full refund
Seasonal and limited-release colors are available by inquiry only. If you’re looking for a specific seasonal color, please contact us and we’ll check current availability before moving forward.
How to Order
Ordering your custom patch hat is straightforward:
1. Choose your tumbler color
2. Select your engraving options
3. Upload your design file
4. Select quantity and add to cart

After checkout, we’ll send you a digital proof within 2 business days to review and approve before production begins. For more details, see Proof & Approval.
File Upload Guidelines
We recommend uploading vector files for best results: .AI, .EPS, .SVG
Other file types such as .PNG or .JPG are accepted, but may require adjustments depending on quality and detail.
Proof & Approval
A digital proof will be sent for your review within 2 business days of placing your order.
You’ll have the opportunity to review the design, request changes, and approve it before production begins. Nothing goes into production until a proof is approved.
Proofs must be approved within 3 days of being sent. If we don’t receive approval within that timeframe, the order will automatically move into production using the most recent proof provided.
Shipping & Turnaround
Processing & Turnaround
Most small orders are completed within 5 business days.
Larger or bulk orders may take up to 10 business days before shipping.
Production timelines begin after your proof has been approved.
Shipping
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
We ship via UPS for fast, trackable delivery.
Return policy
Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on approved orders.
If there’s an issue due to an error on our end (such as incorrect engraving or a production defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
